HAPPY EASTER!!!!

We had a perfect Easter this year!! I think that it has to be one of my favorite Easters as an adult. We had the best morning and church was incredible and then we had a huge Easter Feast at Earl and Stephanies and all of Alex's family, and then Alex and I put on a HUGE Easter Egg hunt for the kids. It was such a blast!! But above all I am so thankful for the true meaning of Easter! I am so thankful for a testimony of Jesus Christ and that he went through all things for us, and that death is not the end. Because of him I am able to have true happiness and have my family forever. Because of him I can become a better me. It was a wonderful day!

I got up early and sneaked out of bed to make bunny pancakes for my loves :)

They were so fun to make... Definitely a new tradition :)

Then we all got ready for church.

And read our letter that The Easter Bunny left us!!

 Paysen reading the letter :)

We then told him that his clue was where he loves to play basketball and so he ran to the sliding glass door
And saw his Easter Basket!! His reaction was priceless.. "ahhh Momma look look look!!"

And the Easter Bunny forgot to put out his golf set and baseballs :) wink wink...
Paysen's favorite things are Basketballs :)

Daddy blew bubbles for him!! He loved it :)

I tried to get a good picture of me and Pays before church and this is the best I got...

My little Easter Boy!! I love the outfit that we found for him!! He is such a cutie

Easter Egg Hunt Fun!!
Alex, Earl, and I went to our house after lunch and went to hid all the Easter Eggs for the kids., I had it all ready and Alex and I stuffed all the eggs the night before. I color coded all of them for the kids so each of them were able to hunt for just their color and everyone got 20 eggs :) It was such a blast to put on.. Also they all hunted with their age group!! It made it lots of fun!
What was on our front door when they came.. So they knew exactly what color they were looking for :)

The Four to six year old's eggs were all hidden in the back yard.. We did this group first :) They were so fun to watch!

I also put a number on each of their eggs and so when they found that one they came and got me and were able to pick a prize!! :)

 They had so much fun!!

Paysen and Emry then went and hunted for their eggs :)

He became a really good Easter egg hunter :)

We have a field that is across our driveway and we just dropped the eggs for the bigger kids in it and it took them forever to find all of their Easter Eggs :) It was perfect. We all helped after awhile!!
Then we all enjoyed yummy desserts

 Picnic

 Fun times!!
