Paysen is 4 whole MONTHS!!

Our little boy is four months now! We are loving every min. of this stage. It is remarkable to watch him learn and grow and develop his little personality. He is so sweet and loves his mommy and daddy so much. We have so much fun with him and are so thankful for the little boy that he is turning into. Here are somethings that our little Paysen loves to do..

He loves to roll over and over and over. He has really mastered it the last couple of weeks.
WE still get so excited and love watching him do it.

Paysen anytime we say fold your arms he does it over and over again. He knows now when it is time for prayer and folds them :)
This of course is one of our favorite things we want our children to know how to pray and love that Paysen already knows how to fold his arms! I couldn't believe that he really got it down within two days. Paysen always amazes us.

Our little man loves all of his friends. He loves playing and watching all of them. He loves to dance with them and talking to them. He loves to go swimming with them and enjoys all of our play dates and get togethers.
We are so glad that we have so many friends here in La Grande! WE love getting together with all of them! It's so fun that all of us have at least our first kiddo. So fun to watch all of them together.

Pays loves to LAUGH.. He has really started laughing really hard it is the cutest thing. WE love making him laugh laugh and laugh. He brings so much joy into our home especially with his laughter. I honestly cannot have a bad day because of him and the happiness that he brings me.

He also loves to talk. All day everyday. We love this and our sweet conversations that we constantly have. He has lots of stories to tell:)

His favorite toy right now is his phone from grandma! He loves to push the buttons and the music that it plays.

He still loves his binki and has a new love for his fists in his mouth if his binki comes out

He loves books and we read a lot throughout each day. He will cry when we close the book until I start the next one! I love our time that we read and cuddle while doing so. He is so attentive and looks at both pages love it!

Paysen from day one has really found his hands and is really good at holding things and knowing where his hands are. I have been studying here recently sign language and so throughout the day we sign. He is learning thank you and please, milk, mommy, daddy. ( I know that he is really young) but they say the sooner you talk and do the motions the faster they pick up on it. He surprises me  so much with what he learns and how quickly he does it! It has been such a fun thing to add into the day of things that we do!

We can't get enough of our Paysen! We love his kisses and hugs, his smile and laughter! We love his cuddles and that he puts his hands up for us to hold him! WE love his little toes and feet, his fingers and hands, WE love his sweet eyes and the looks he gives us! We love his sweetness and the love that he gives us! We couldn't of had a better last four months!! We love and feel so blessed to be his mommy and daddy.. He is our biggest BLESSING and he is our number ONE and we will always be his biggest fans! We love you PAYS!!

Here's pictures of him throughout this last month

Utah

This last weekend we went to Utah for Alex's Grandma's funeral. We had a wonderful time there being with lots of family and seeing everyone. We also enjoyed being with our family of three. It was so nice to have a long long car ride with Alex to myself. I really needed it, I have missed him so with how busy he is. We loved just talking and sharing our memories together. We stopped in Boise for a "date" at Red Robin and then just took our time going. The weekend of course went to fast. On Saturday we were able to go to Provo for the funeral. It was so good. We loved learning more about his Grandma and stories that were told. We had such a spiritual experience while there. It was amazing to see her in her temple clothes and to know what each piece means and the promises there. It was so touching. Alex and I both talked afterward about our testimonies and how we had both felt them strengthened. Alex had the opportunity to dedicate her grave, he did such a wonderful job and the spirit there was just touching. I am so thankful for the Grandma that she was to Alex and for the legacy that she left. At her funeral the one thing that stood out to me is that she never was heard of talking ill or bad about someone. I know that at times I need to work and be better at this a lot better. She I know set that example and I want to follow it. She also never complained about anything even though she had good reason too.. I too hope to be better with my complaints. I am so thankful for the plan of salvation and for the peace that it brings to the human heart. Afterward we went to a lunch in, then all decided to walk along the Provo river which was one of her favorite things to do during the fall, and then we went to one of her favorite restaurants for dinner. Such a great way to celebrate her life.
Alex and I stayed with Grandma Taylor. She always has things so nice and ready when we visit. It was so good to be with her and spend lots of time there. On Sunday we went to church together and Uncle Brad was there so fun to see him! After church Alex let me go have a nap by myself :) Something that I have needed. He was so sweet to say I know that during each night you are cramped with Paysen and me pretty much on top of you, why don't you go and sleep on your own:) Even though I love sleeping with both of them, it was so nice to be able to lay down by myself!! That night we went to Janis's for dinner and Uncle Brad came fun to be with all of them. We then headed home Monday as soon as we got home Alex got ready for work and was gone most of the night. Paysen and I cuddled and read books and sat by the fire for it had snowed that day! Good memories were made. I love being with my family. I know this is long but I wanted to write down these thoughts. I am so thankful for our many blessings and for being able to spend quality time with each other.,
