CAMPING!!!

We went camping this last weekend and had a blast!! We couldn't of had a better time!! Jennifer and her kids went, us, and Cassidee and Cole.We had a ton of fun in the river that had no currant, it was so refreshing, we barbecued and relaxed!! It was so nice just to be away for a night even though it wasn't far! We all had fun playing games: follow the leader, The numbers game ( what we always played when we were kids where you throw the ball up and yell someones number... Mom and her creativeness :) We also threw the football around and Frisbee.. Paysen slept really well and was out by 7:30pm.. We slept pretty good too but at 5am I woke up cold and couldn't get back warm so by 6AM I finally said do you wanna go home for an hour or so and then come back.. So we did. It reminded me of when I was little and we slept in a tent and that we would go for a drive all of us to get warm:) We got in the Tahoe and it said it was 36 degrees.. no wonder I was cold.. We then came home and got ready for church and Alex got sustained as first councilor in the Elder's quorum. It was a good Sunday!!

We all told stories around the campfire.. It was so cute to hear the kids tell their stories and have the flashlight under their chins!! We laughed so hard and had fun talks and enjoyed the night.

Picnic at the Park

This last week we went to Riverside Park to have a picnic and enjoy the sunshine!! Alex on his lunch break was able to go with us! We enjoyed ourselves and had fun family time. Paysen loved it and kept looking all around. We hurried and packed our picnic and went so that we could have most of the hour before daddy had to get back to work!! Love when Alex gets to come with us!!

Paysen.. 2 months

I can't believe that our baby is two months already!! It makes me want to stop time!! I love everyday that we have and each moment that we experience with him!! Paysen had his two month checkup on Aug. 21, 2012. He weighed 11 pounds and 5 ounces. He was in the 75 th percentile for his height. And his head measured below average ( which was a little surprising to us :) Paysen loves being read too and when you stop reading a book he'll start to whimper and look at you like don't stop. We love this part of our day. I love reading to him :) He loves also to be sung too. We sing every night before bedtime and usually during his feedings we'll sing songs huh buddy:) He loves going to the park and laying on the blanket and look at everything! He loves going for walks. He loves baths and his BINKI!! Paysen never misses a meal and is exact when it comes to our schedule when it has to do with eating and sleeping. He also sleeps all through the night. Mommy and Paysen love all the fun things that they do throughout the day. We love our outings, we love being home, we love our playdates, we love when daddy is home to play, we love being together all day, and being a family of three!! Daddy and Mommy love everything about him especially all of the open mouth kisses that he gives us, his sweet personality, those little hands, his chubby cheeks that we smoother in kisses, those sweet yummy toes, his big eyes, his smile just melts our hearts! WE cannot get enough of our Paysen!  Here are some pictures that I took during the week of him becoming two months!!
