Snowboarding at Anthony Lakes

We went snowboarding with some of Alex's family the other weekend. We had so much fun!! It was Alex's first time and he did amazing at picking it up.. He had so much fun. I think that it has been seven years {plus} since I have gone. It felt so great to do it again. We all had a blast. We convinced my mother in law to go and so I was able to go with Alex and help him then we would check on Paysen etc. She watched him for us while he was sleeping. We had a great time. Cassidee Mason and I went down a couple of runs together. I only fell a couple of  times and Alex for it being his first time did amazing. We loved bringing lunch up and all eating. Paysen loved watching out the big windows in the lodge. He was so good the whole time.

Tri Cities fun!

( I am totally playing catch up ) I only blog during nap times or when Paysen is sleeping/ when Alex isn't home and so I am limited on when I do blog and thats why lately it feels like I am never doing it, but I really want to journal our happenings so that we can look back and remember all of our memories :)

A few weekends ago we went with our friends The Lesters to Tri cities so that we could all go to the temple and each of us watch the kiddos and do some shopping :) We had so much fun with them and being able to get away for the day. While they were in the temple we took the kiddos to Costco so we could eat lunch there they both loved the frozen yogurt :) Then we went to the mall and they played in the play area and we did some shopping while we were there as well. We had so much fun with them. Then Alex and I were able to go to the temple. It has been so nice to be able to go every month since the start of the year. We have really made that our goal and it feels so great to be able to make it possible to go. Alex and I had a great time together and it was nice to have a date to the temple. Paysen slept the whole time we were there so that was nice.. We then did some shopping at Costco and we went to Outback Stake House for dinner it was Yummy. Then we made the trek home

All about Paysen!!

Paysen as of yesterday is 8 months old!! Ahh we cannot believe it.. He has grown so much and is such a joy to be around. He brings so much into our home. Here is all about our little Pays.

He weighs 18 lbs 9 ounces as of yesterday :) 

He loves to dance with momma and giggles the whole time. 

He loves books and to be the one to turn the pages.. he loves to cuddle while we read. 

When we say "lay down" he cuddles into you and lays on you for awhile. He loves this game and waits for us to say it again and again :)

He is a little talker and talks back and forth with us all the time. we love all the things he tries to say and all the noises that he makes 

He has two teefers now on the bottom and some more ready to come in as well. He has been so good through teething, he has hardly cried at all and you wouldn't know that he was teething at all.

He loves to play with all of his friends and loves going on play dates 

He loves to swing on the swings and is such a big boy and knows to hang on and smiles the whole time

He is our little cuddle bug and loves to cuddle with mommy especially. 

He loves playing with all of his toys and trys to get them as far away as possible and then getting them all by reaching and stretching and scooting to get all of them. 

The library is one of his favorite places, he loves to push the shopping cart, play with puzzles and he actually can put the easy ones together by himself:) He loves to pull the books off of the shelf, and to be with the big kids at story time. 

He loves to sing with momma.. Especially at night nights and his naps I sing a line and then he sings then momma and then him and then he rolls over and goes night nights.

He never fights it to go down for his naps by the time I get to the door he is out. sweetie

He stands a lot with the furniture and is now barely holding on :) 

He scoots backwards and in circles. 

He sleeps on his side with the blanket close to his face ( like momma)

He loves to laugh 

He is the most content baby and hardly cries

He has picked up a little bit of OCD he has to wipe his high chair down over and over again with a wipe after he is done eating and wipes his face. Then momma does it :) 

He loves to get his teeth brushed.

He has to have a bath daily or else. 

He washes the floor with his wipes and anything in sight too funny. 

As soon as he sits in his high chair he folds his hands for prayer. He is constantly reminding us to have prayer and knows the times that we have them. When he gets sleepy he then folds his hands. too cute.

He claps his hands a lot.
