MeMoRiAl Day!!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day this year. We went camping all weekend with my family. It was so fun to be with them. Alex took me up with our camp trailer to meet up with my dad and Jon, so me and the kids could hang out with them. Then he went back to finish some jobs and then met us that night. We had a great time. My mom and sister came that night also. The kids had fun running around and playing together. It was such a relaxing weekend. We loved fishing and hanging out. We also celebrated Jon's birthday in Pendleton at Abby's pizza. We took a dirt road there and my dad went so FAST it was a little crazy but really fun. Us adults in the other car were trying to keep up.. On Sunday we also celebrated Paysen's birthday, with cupcakes. He loved everyone singing to him and he pretended to blow out candles... He was spoiled by everyone. He loved being with his cousins, and grandma and grandpa. It was Kensley's first time too and she had a blast. She loves to be outside. She slept so good in our trailer and loved watching the kids. She loved cuddling grandma and grandpa too.

My babies ready for night nights.. While we were waiting for daddy to come about 11 pm.. we heard a noise and Paysen goes mom we need to say a prayer.. So I prayed, and when I finished, He said K now say another.. So I did.. He goes whew now I feel better. We then sang primary songs to keep his mind off of it! :)

All ABOUT KENSLEY

Out sweet little girl keeps growing by the minute. She has been such an amazing baby. We all adore her and fight over who gets to hold her. Paysen is always saying she's mine!! Then we all follow with no she is mine... He then says she's mine and yours and daddy's!! We cant get enough of her cheeks and smile. She is such a sweetheart. She loves to be held and cuddled. She has mastered rolling over, she does like to sit in the bumbo and play with her toys. She also loves her mat with her toys that hang down. She holds her head really good. We love playing with her and watching her every move. She has started to scoot! She smiles the biggest at daddy! When she is hungry there is no waiting. We love everything about her. She is what we talk about especially Paysen. He always has to know where she is at all times and helps in so many ways. We love having a girl. I love dressing her and painting her toe nails, and having lots of girl time! The boys hearts just melt around her. I love watching them with her. (especially daddy!) She is the best!

ALL ABOUT PAYSEN

If only I knew where to begin when it comes to Paysen. He is such an amazing kid. He teaches us so much and helps us to remember the important things in life. I have to write down some of the things that he says right now.. and talk about him.

One of his famous sayings is: Oh sure, whatever you want! ( He uses this for his advantage as well, like Mom we should go to the park! Me : Oh we should? ... Ya sure mom, whatever you want! He is also the best sharer with others. And always says sure!

He always tells us when the light is green to tell us to go. Then he follows with: Red means stop, green means go, and yellow means SLOW DOWN. as he says it really slow..

When he isnt supposed to have more of something he always says just a little bit? in the sweetest way that he usually does end up with more.

He is the happiest boy ever. Anyone who comes up to me to talk about Paysen, it always is about how good of a boy he is and that he always has a smile on his face.

Paysen is really into baseball.. and more baseball.. and he loves his soccer camp he is doing. He always loves his swim lessons, and anything and everything sports. He is pretty into it and corrects me if I say the wrong thing about them! He really pays attention.

We always have nightly interviews and it is so fun to see what he has to say about his day! We start with his favorite thing of the day, then to his least favorite thing, to the funniest thing, the saddest thing, etc. I love his answers.

He is really into memorizing songs right now and loves to sing them throughout the day. His favorites are: I love to see the temple, I am a child of God, Follow the prophet, God gave us families, I am so glad when daddy comes home, He knows them all by heart, and learns them in a night. His memory amazes me.

He also loves his library classes. He is also in the older reading group. He told his teacher that he is going to read 100 books this summer, He also told her he was 12!! Oh my... He has almost reached his goal. And he remembers to make sure we read a lot and often.

He has really planned his birthday Party this year and has made sure that I do exactly what he wants. He is excited to be 3~

Visiting Grandma and Grandpa!

After our fun time at the coast, we headed to go spend a few days  at Grandma and Grandpa's, and spend lots of time with cousins. We had a wonderful time with everyone. We always love to visit. We were also able to attend my cousin Bree's sealing at the Portland Temple, and get together with a bunch of my cousins and Aunts and Uncles. We had such an amazing time with the ones we love.
